Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. (ACS)Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. or ACS, is one of the world's leading suppliers of software to states and municipalities. From software for fire departments to docket management for state appellate courts, ACS supplies an essential product to their clients. The challenge in designing and fabricating this booth property was to incorporate multiple layers of client/representative interaction. The centerpiece of the 20ft by 40ft booth is a twelve-person presentation theatre. It is delineated by a large translucent graphic that obscures view into the theatre from outside the booth. Working outward from the centerpiece are four one-on-one demonstration stations. Here, registered attendees can get a very personal presentation of specific products. Two storage/registration elements were developed and placed at opposite corners of the booth. Now shown in this view is a large storage/utility area that houses a central server and Internet distribution hub, audio-visual hardware, literature and premiums. This property is engineered to be used in smaller booth deployments as well as sales meetings.
