Behringer-Crawford MuseumLocated in the scenic Devou Park in Covington, Kentucky, the Behringer-Crawford Museum overlooks the Ohio River and Cincinnati skyline. MurphyCatton succeeded in allowing guests to explore natural and man-made features of the area that influenced settlement, growth and commerce within a 20,000 square foot facility. With the theme of History in Motion focusing on Covington’s history in transportation on Rivers, Roads, Rails and Runways, MurphyCatton embraced the transportation theme and developed some unforgettable features for the museum. A large model mimicking the Roebling Suspension Bridge which spans over the Ohio River stands in front of the Cincinnati sky mural and Riverboat model within the river section. The exhibits developed by MurphyCatton housed historical artifacts, interactive displays and hands-on activities as well as a themed gift shop for the museum.
