Blue Bunny, Ice Cream ParlorThe Blue Bunny brand was born in 1935. Today ice cream lovers throughout all 50 states, Mexico and Puerto Rico enjoy over 500 ice cream flavors, frozen dairy desserts, and delectable novelties. Until 2004 all of the Blue Bunny products were made in LeMars, Iowa, the Ice Cream Capital of the World. More ice cream was made there than anywhere else in the world. In 2004, Blue Bunny opened their second manufacturing facility in St. George, Utah. Near this manufacturing facility, Blue Bunny commissioned this ice cream parlor. Blue Bunny engaged MurphyCatton to design and build the Ultimate Ice Cream Experience. The experience is over 9,000 square feet of uncontained ice cream delight. MurphyCattom provided a complete turnkey project for Blue Bunny. From concept design through the purchase and installation of all of the kitchen equipment to the Blue Bunny inlayed tables, it was all part of the total package. Additionally, there are interactive elements that engage the children and a gift shop that allows the true ice cream mavens to "take home" a little piece of the Blue Bunny experience. This environmental experience is a resounding success and serves as the corporate image in the western expansion of the brand. |
