Green Initiative at MurphyCattonMurphyCatton supports and practices the incorporation of green materials in all operations and projects. Sustainable operational practices like recycling paper and metal waste material are already a part of everyday life at MurphyCatton. In addition, a standard four day work week for the shop and segmented electrical circuits allow maximum efficiency in energy usage. MurphyCatton has experience using board materials manufactured from recycled materials and sustainable, harvested crops. Our finishing department uses finishes with low VOC emission whenever possible. Our exhibitions can be seen across the nation, however, when it comes to communication we support the use of electronic transmissions opposed to physical travel for meetings. We understand that an environmentally sustainable production model is good for business as well as society. |
