Standing two stories high, MurphyCatton fabricated and installed a larger-than-life molecule to display in the corporate lobby at the Battelle headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.  The close coordination between MurphyCatton and White Design & Production design team allowed a true-to-the-science depiction of the molecule built to exact specifications.  Fabricated of steel tubing and "turned" steel balls, the structure is suspended using on point in the ceiling while weighting approximately 3,500 pounds - quite an engineering and fabrication challenge!  MurphyCatton delicately installed the molecule between a fragile glass wall and a narrow staircase.
