Process

We highly regard our reputation for working well with all key members of a project and promise to bring that into your project.  Whether it is a Design/Bid/Build or Design/Build contract model, MurphyCatton is dedicated to providing YOU with the ultimate solution.  Here is how we describe our models of contracting:

Design/Bid/Build  *  Under this model, MurphyCatton enters the project after the Schematic/Design Development Phase.  Depending on the level of design, MurphyCatton may still engage the Designer and Client on some level of development.  Many times MurphyCatton is an active participant in the Design Development Phase.

Design/Build  *  Under this model, MurphyCatton enters the project at the very beginning.  MurphyCatton will take the lead in the project phases and will engage a designer as necessary.
